Full Arch Rehabilitation

If you are missing one or more teeth due to injury or decay or have severely worn teeth and jaw pain due to bite problems, your dentist may recommend you have a full arch rehabilitation using dental implants to restore the health and beauty of your smile.

Implant Supported Overdenture

Dental implants can be placed to provide foundation and support for an overdenture. The overdenture snaps into the implants, keeping it from moving or shifting.  Benefits of an implant overdenture include:

  • Stable fit - no more loose dentures that cause embarrassment and lack of confidence
  • Elimination of adhesives and creams used with regular dentures.
  • Ability to speak more clearly and confidently
  • Provides greater strength for better chewing ability
  • Helps preserve bone by reducing bone deterioration

All-On-4 Dental Implants

All-on-4

Dentures can slide around in the mouth and be uncomfortable, while dental implants, on the other hand, are a more permanent way of replacing teeth. The concept of dental implants arose from the patient’s need to secure loose-fitting dentures. If you are missing several or all of your natural teeth, you will benefit greatly from the combination of dental implants and dentures.

With the All-On-4 dental implant system, an entire arch of dentures is supported with 4 angled implants, specifically designed to optimize stability and support with the fewest possible number of dental implants. This has several significant benefits for patients, including reduced treatment time (patients can often expect to have a full arch prosthesis on the same day as their surgery), reduced recovery times, and reduced cost compared to traditional dental implant replacements.

Trefoil

The Trefoil system is a cost-efficient solution that allows immediate function and makes fixed and definitive teeth on the day of implant surgery. Three implants attach to a non-removable bar for the lower mandible (patient lower jaw).

Following an examination by Dr. Johnson to qualify you as a surgical candidate, you will realize these benefits:

  • Three implants with a non-removable pre-manufactured titanium bar (currently only for the lower)
  • Less time in the chair for the patient
  • Another option and less expensive for patients
